Soumya is passionate about providing innovative software solutions to the legal industry. She served as CEO of PracticePanther before forming Paradigm, and previously held roles at companies ranging from AWS to Blackstone. Soumya loves a good outdoor adventure and is also our go-to expert for Sound of Music quotes.

A natural teacher and coach, Colin loves leading teams to achieve big goals. Colin previously served as a management consultant at Deloitte, helping large organizations implement growth strategies. He has also spent time at Barclays and Teach For America.

Marie is a legal tech veteran, with over 20 years of experience launching and scaling legal software solutions. Previously at Aderant, Marie's leadership helped drive the rapid expansion and innovation of its portfolio of legal software offerings. Outside of work, Marie is an avid sailor and enjoys curling - depending upon the season!

Understanding and connecting with customers has always been at the center of Mayowa's passions. He previously served as a consumer marketing leader within NBCUniversal's Cable Portfolio, as well as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. When he isn't at work, he's on the road in search of America's best meal!

Dave has a passion for solving problems with data. He brings 10+ years of corporate finance, entrepreneurial, and management consulting experience to Paradigm. When Dave isn't at work, he enjoys spending time with his family exploring the different neighborhoods of Brooklyn, golfing, and snowboarding.

With 10+ years of experience overseeing customer support & success functions at companies ranging from start-ups to scaleups, Aaron prides himself on leading teams that champion advocacy, foster brand loyalty, and ensure customers are set up for long term success. In his free time, Aaron enjoys playing guitar, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and three boys.
